5 medium-sized carrots
2 apples
150 g plain yogurt
3 tablespoons verjuice
1 pinch of sugar
salt
freshly ground pepper
Mix yogurt and verjuice in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar.
Wash and brush off the carrots and cut off the ends. Wash and dry apples, then cut into halves. Remove core and stalk.
Grate carrots and apples, and add to the salad sauce at once. Add salt and pepper according to taste.
Children usually like this salad a lot!
