15–20 balls
75 g very fresh butter
5 heaping tablespoons sugar
9 heaping tablespoons fine oatmeal
5 tablespoons verjuice
For coating:
– flaked almonds or
– ground brittle or
– cocoa powder
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Knead in oatmeal and add verjuice.
Form dough into small balls with wet hands. Roll balls in flaked almonds, ground brittle, or cocoa powder.
Put balls onto a plate and cool well so they get solid. As soon as the balls are solid, they can be put on top of each other. Store in the fridge!
